BeRent Cyprus — Premium Car Rental

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before renting a vehicle from BeRent Cyprus.

1. What's Included in Your Rate

All rates are quoted in Euro and include unlimited mileage with a same-to-same fuel policy. Rates include all local taxes (VAT), 24-hour breakdown assistance, collision damage waiver (CDW), and third-party liability insurance. Airport pickup and delivery is included.

2. Driver Requirements

All drivers must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driving licence for a minimum of 3 years. EU licences are accepted; non-EU licences require an International Driving Permit. Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

3. Insurance & Liability

The CDW and third-party insurance included with every rental becomes void if: the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs; the vehicle is driven off-road or on unpaved roads; an unauthorised person is driving; or the vehicle is used for illegal purposes.

Excess liability: Economy €1,000 · Standard €1,500 · SUV/Luxury €2,000. A security deposit of €500–€1,000 is held and released within 15 days of return, subject to no damage, fines or violations.

4. Vehicle Use

Vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained. A same-to-same fuel policy applies — return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at collection. You are responsible for any traffic fines incurred during your rental period (plus a €20 administration fee if settled by BeRent Cyprus).

5. Pickups & Returns

Our office is in Limassol. Airport meet-and-greet is available at Larnaca and Paphos airports. Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location. Failure to return on time without prior notice will incur additional daily charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours of the pickup time are charged 2 days' rental fee. No-shows (failure to collect within 1 hour of scheduled time without notice) are non-refundable. No refund is given for unused days.
